Description:
Support for auto-pks propagation to dependent entities is the last thing we need to do for "generated" PK columns released in M2 to become first class citizens in Cayenne...
I started working on EntityDescriptor class that would allow propagation of pk values that were generated in the same transaction (this is done via deferred PK maps in InsertBatches)... Need to finish it.
