    I'd like to incorporate some of the VPP -- http://vpp.sourceforge.net/ --
    source code into our cgen task.
    VPP is licensed as BSD (license below). Because it'd make configuring cgen
    more complicated to keep it as a separate jar and because we don't need the
    whole thing, I'd like to propose incorporating parts of it into cayenne as
    org.objectstyle.foundrylogic.vpp or something like that (the distributed
    package is foundrylogic.vpp).

    I'd leave the license as-is for the files that are simply repackaged.

    Does this make sense?

    Or would it be better to handle it some other way?

    -Mike
