Description:
As far as I understand it "generated" means "supplied by the database or Cayenne but not by the user" and "non-generated" means "supplied by the user" so the current checkbox is very confusing to me.
We should replace this checkbox with a JComboBox which provides two options: "auto-increment" and "sequenced".
