    That's really bad!

    At the end I recovered my Wiki "loss" by disabling JavaScript in
    Firefox and resubmitting the form. As a result I was able to retrieve
    the original form contents from the error page (not mangled by AJAX).
    So I shouldn't be complaining after all.
