    Hi Harald,

I am redirecting all of the advanced questions to Ulrich who is the WOLips
    creator.

I can only say (as a dumb Eclipse user :-)) that WOLips plugin is a set of
wizards to create WebObjects framework and application projects and to
create WOComponents in them. It does setup the projects "WOProject-way",
i.e. with build files already present, ready to be built with Ant.

After your project is setup, all you need is Ant Eclipse plugin or a
command line Ant installation to build WO.

I know nothing about Eclipse incremental builds, cause it takes about 5-15
seconds for me to build an average project with jikes (which is also
incremental), so I never bothered to learn this feature.
