First of all, sorry if some of my questions are stupid, but this is my first
attempt outside the WO world into the ant world!

So, WOBuilder only needs to be notified when a new PB.project file is
    written:

    1. How do you notify WOBuilder?
    2. This means that upon changing something in a Java file you need to also
notify "manually?" WOBuilder? Or does it monitor files it knows about?
    3. This does not solve the MacOSX problem since I would expect WOBuilder on
MacOSX to need the *.pbproj file folder to function the same way? Is this
correct? If so, there would be 2 targets (PB.project and .pbproj) to add to
    the tasks.
