Okay, I got an answer from Andre:

    Harald,

You don't have to "put it somewhere for download".
    Just get it here:
    http://www.weinand.org/eclipse/Eclipse0822.dmg.gz

      This sounds great.

        Ulrich, Kaj,

I got a new improved version from Andre Weinand (the last one to support OSX 10.1.5). It's not on the website, yet, because McQ is still on holiday (only he has the right permissions to put the file on the web, I gather).

I'd be willing to put it somewhere for download if Andre doesn't have a problem with that and there is interest.

        http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-swt-home/dev.html

        download
        - Eclipse_2.0.dmg.gz
contains a Carbon application and two Mac-specific plugins.
You will have to add the standard Eclipse 2.0 release to get a working Eclipse 2.0 for MacOS X.

It includes a readme with full details.

        Have fun
