Change for the build-code.xml

    Hi,

    the build-code.xml currently works only on systems where the NEXT_ROOT
    is set. This excludes MacOSX.

    The build-wolips.xml has a solution for this.

    Is it okay if I add the solution from build-wolips.xml to
    build-code.xml?
