WOLips update

    Hi,

    there is a brand new version fo WOLips in CVS. Thanks to Markus this
    update includes much better wizards.

    - the build script is back in the project(requires still eclipse to run)
    - the wizards are under new others
    - please wait until the Application.java source code is visible when
    creating an new WOApp
    - May be you have to change the build.xml file for a WOApp on the
    mac(Jaguar?) ( from <property name="wo.woroot"
    value="${env.NEXT_ROOT}"/> to <property name="wo.woroot"
    value="/System"/>
    - JavaBuildFilter filters the wo stuff for the javac
    - the docs will be updated later
    - a sourcecode change in eclipse has a funny sideefffect: The woa or
    framework is copied to the bin directoy. So please delete the woa or
    framework under bin if this hapens.

    Should the source code be under it`s own directory(like src)? I vote
    for it.
