    Do you still see the Eclipse Taskbar-Button?

    I think I had the same problem while not using WOLips, it had something to
    do with iconifying the Eclipse window while Eclipse was compiling (but I'm
    not sure).

    You can get the window back if you choose "Move" from the window menu
    (either right-click on the taskbar button or press Alt-Space and then M
    while Eclipse has the focus). Now comes the trick: use one of the cursor
    keys to attach the window the mouse and then move the mouse to get the
    window back on screen. Once you have it back, you'll find the window rather
    small, but you can resize it.
