    I just added the cvsignore file to the CVSROOT.

    Files with

    CPFileList.txt # compiler proxy file lists
    *.pbxuser # project-builder user files
    .DS_Store # Mac OS X finder info

    shouldn't show up as changed/new anymore.

    Let me know if there are problem with this.
