At this time I have no idea how to stop already running instances on
re-start, but as workaround
you can use a fixed Port (e.g. -WOPort 1111), if you are trying to start
another WOInstance,
you will get an error message that the port is already in use.
Don't use the stop button in the console view, try 'terminate all' in the
debug view
