    eclipse M4, win2k, WOLips 0.9.4

I've been poking at this for a day or so, and I can't figure out how to do a
build install with Eclipse and the WOLips build.xml. To clarify, I can
change the target of the build.xml file to install rather than build, but
I'm guessing there's and easier way.

Using the Ant view, I add the build.xml file to the build files, I select
the install target, right click and select "Activate Target", then I click
the "run the active targets button".

The output in the console is as follows:
    ...
    Buildfile:
    C:\devel\clearmode\WebObjects5\Frameworks\WmodeFoundation\build.xml

    setProps:

    init.install:

    build.woframework:
     [woframework] Installing WmodeFoundation in //Library/Frameworks
     [woframework] BUILD FAILED:
    file:C:/devel/clearmode/WebObjects5/Frameworks/WmodeFoundation/build.xml:42:
    Directory \\Library\Frameworks\WmodeFoundation.framework creation was not
    successful for an unknown reason

    ...

It looks like user.home isn't getting set. How can I set this? I tried
adding it to the build.properties file and no luck.

A bigger question is: Is this the proper way to run the 'install' target on
    WOLips projects?

    thanks in advance.
