unfortunately you are right, we can determine the wobuild.properties path
with a system property which defaults to
${user.home}/Library/wobuild.properties.

But ${user.home} is not a great place to set NEXT_ROOT_STUFF anyway,
since it's global to the machine (in all cases I can imagine) so setting
it in a user-local space is not so good. Can't think of an alternative,
mind you, but...

okay, forget NEXT_HOME_ROOT, what about reading wo.root, wo.localroot &
wo.systemroot from wobuild.properties once and set them as NEXT_ROOT,
NEXT_SYSTEM_ROOT, NEXT_LOCAL_ROOT as classpath variable in eclipse?
