Subproject PB.project not updated properly.

    I've noticed that when adding a component to a subproject, the .wo and .api
    references end up in the root PB.project and NOT in the subproject
    PB.project. However the .java reference does end up in the correct place.

    Unfortunately, this means newly created components are not visible in the
    WOBuilder (even after rebuilding then relaunching WOBuilder).

    Is this a known issue?
