    Hi,

    to bring woproject and wolips closer there are now some additional
    classes in woproject that were formerly in wolips. The class
    environment for example.

    If the class environment is used in woproject it's output should go
    into ant's out. Otherwise if used in WOLips the output should go into
    the Eclipse log.

    The solve this we would use commons-logging from the jakarta project.
    It's a wrapper for all common logs and can be used with 1.4.1 logging,
    log4j ..... and custom logs.
