Okay here we go:

1. Take the AntCorePlugin.java from the bugreport
http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=24448 it's the second
attachment.
2. Checkout the plugin org.eclipse.ant.core from eclipse.org
3. Replace the class AntCorePlugin in the stuff checked out in step 2.
4. Build the plugin.
5. Replace the plugin org.eclipse.ant.core in your Eclipse application.
