Hi JR,
I've never tried to load images with WO (and WOLips). All the images
are on the local webserver and are referenced like this:
<IMG SRC="/hello/img/linebg.gif" ALT=linebg WIDTH=29 HEIGHT=1></BODY>
This is much faster than the way trough webobjects. But this may not
fit your needs.
I will take a look at the project if you send it to me.
