    I've started on that plan. So far I've written two paragrafs. here's one:
    "WOLips development is driven by bug reports and feature requests posted at
    SourceForge. Bugs that are not reported won't get fixed, and features that
    aren't requested will not materialise."

    The idea is that the "plan" only needs to define a version, with an
    approximat date, and assign bugs and requests to it.
