1.0.1 ready for take off

Hi,

if you have the time please test 1.0.1 before it gets released.

What's changed:
- The NSProjectSearchPath generated by WOLips excludes projects that
are under are path with "-".
- The PB.project stay in sync even when you remove/move things.
*.d2wmodel will be included in the PB.project.
- You can choose also .zip files in the 'add local/system framework'
wizards. In a later release they get also included in the apps
classpath.
- When you add a local framework with the wizard,
"$(NEXT_ROOT)$(LOCAL_LIBRARY_DIR)/Frameworks" will be added to the
FrameworkSearch section of the PB.project.
