Hi Michele,
could you try this:
In the WOLips perspective is a view 'ant'. Open it and add a build.xml
to it with the '++' sign at the top. Expand the triangle. Right click
on install and select run.
The files ant.framework.* are deleted after each build.
If the install from the step above still fails, could you send me such
a framework project and your wobuild.properties.
