    The other plugin is one that we have written but not released yet. It
    supports Design by Contract (part of our dev process) with Jass -
    http://csd.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de/~jass/

    The bug is WOLips is that it is not properly respecting the exclusion
    patterns on classpath source paths (see Source tab of Java Build Path
    properties page). The Eclipse incremental builder *does* respect these so
    I submit that it is a defect in WOLips. You can see the exclusion patterns
    in the .classpath file in entries such as this:

    <classpathentry excluding="**/*.java" kind="src" path="src"/>
