New features for PB.project support in WOLips

    Hi,

    the PB.project support has some new features.
    - Enable/Disable it in the preferences.
    - Include/Exclude pattern for CLASSES and WOAPP_RESOURCES.

    The pattern rules.
    If a exclude rule is found the resource is ignored,
    else if a include rule is found the reource is added/removed from the
    PB.project.

    Exluded resources that are allready in the PB.project have to be
    removed manually. Due to the fact that the list of pattern is loaded at
    startup, you have to restart Eclipse to apply your changes.
