WOLips new launch config tab and new launch preferences

    Hi,

    There is now a preferences page to set the WO arguments globally. The
    WO tab in the launch cnfig has a brand new interface. It would be
    really helpfull if some people could grap a copy from the cvs, test it
    and provide some feedback.
