ssdd and war deployment

    Hi,

    just checked some stuff for ssdd and war deployment. The WOApplication
    generates the web.xml on demand. To test it please take a look in the
    new build.xml generated by WOLips. The default build directory for ant
    is now 'dist' (changeable in the build.xml) and for the incremental
    builder 'build'.

    This stuff is not really tested. So be warned.
