Makefile update

    In Eclipse/WOLips as a project grows with new Components, Resources,
    etc., also the PB.project is updated. One can find in such file the
    new Components or Resources added to the project. Insteed the Makefile
    stays yet the same of when the project are created.

    There is a way to update also the Makefile in order to reflect the new
    project structure ?
