Update of PB.project file

    Last night I spent about 2 hours trying to figure out why my components
    from a framework were not displaying. What had happened is, I
    accidentally updated the ProjectName in the PB.project (for the
    application) with the name of my frameworks. When developing in rapid
    turn around mode, it was looking in the application for my frameworks.

    So, what do I want? Would you please fix the code so that it will
    update the project name in the PB.project file when doing a WOLips >
    Update PB.project? Might save someone some time when they make a brain
    dead maneuver like i did.
