    I finally got a chance to look into the Classpath.txt files. They are indeed
    different. The WOProject version only includes APPROOT and WOROOT jars. It
    doesn't include the referenced frameworks in LOCALROOT like the project
    builder version. I think if those classpath files are built properly we are
    good to go.

    Are those generated in the WOAPPLICATION task for ANT? Or copied from
    somewhere else.
