I modified my project - I added my frameworks into WOLips via add Local
Framework. It now appears that the Classpath.txt files are generated
properly. However my app still doesn't launch properly.

It still looks like the frameworks are not getting loaded, although no error
messages are being generated. I can tell my Application class is not being
    initialized properly.

I'm not sure if it is because my Application and Session classes are in a
package or not. It looks like the default is not in a package.

I manually modified the Web.xml to specify the package name for my
application.java class and I modified the Classpath.txt files with that same
    info.

I can tell the WOServletAdaptor is getting loaded, but my class is not
    getting created properly.

I am looking at the various shell scripts that are generated/copied. Perhaps
they are missing some important info.
