    Hi,

    due to a bug in WOLips 1.0.7.38 it's not possible to use the rapid
    turnaround mode in 1.0.7.38. It's even possible that your framework
    projects are not included in the runtime classpath. (No bundle no
    resources)

    The fix is in the cvs. I'll release a new version later this day.
