    It occurred at any time, sometimes after launching, sometimes while
    debugging and changing one classfile. It Turned out that it was related
    to WOClasspathContainer and referenced projects. My solution now is:

    1) all framework projects depend on the other framework projects if the
    need to import classes from it, example would be JavaWebObjects depends
    on the JavaFoundation project
    2) every project on which a framework project depends on is -not-
    selected in the WOClasspathContainer
