Hi Ulrich,
I have download and copied 'org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.3' patch file into
Eclipse/plugins folder, but the same error seems to persist.
Do I have to do something other apart from the above, in order to get rid
of the compilation problem.

When I am trying to replace org.eclipse.ant.core patch file, I am
unable
to find the corresponding patch file in the WOlips optional folder.
Only
org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.0, org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.1 &
org.eclipse.ant.core_3.0.0 files are available. But
org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.3 file is not available.
Download the patched ant plugin from sf.net.
