If you're using the build.xml files created by WOLips, they do not have the
correct taskdef entries in them. So in addition to putting those jar files
in ant/lib, you need to either run them from within Eclipse (Run->External
Tools), or add the taskdef statements manually yourself (see the WOProject
documentation for example taskdef statements).
I logged this bug a few weeks ago to have WOLips add the taskdef
statements in the default build.xml files and it has been fixed for a
pending release.

copy woproject.jar and cayenne.jar from the WO Project
download to ant/lib.
