I think the problem is in the include patterns: if there are patterns
like **/*.wo in the include list the incremental builder will copy the
whole Folder without even looking at individual sub folders or files --
and that's why the CVS folders can't be filtered out ...

I think I'll fix this before I commit anything to CVS.
