Hi Donna,

the steps are correct (at least the same steps work for me ;-)). Two
things to keep in mind

- checkout "eclipse_3_0_0" branch from CVS, not the HEAD.
- when building with Ant, set "eclipse.home" property, e.g. "ant
-Declipse.home=/path/to/eclipse"
