Hanging on "WOLips project Files Update (Java Elements)"

    When selecting to top of my project in Package Explorer, and
    ctrl-click it and select WOLips tools->Update PB.project the project
    starts to build and after 5 (?) seconds I see the progressbar in the
    bottom right corner of eclipse just hanging on the following task:
    "WOLips project Files Update (Java Elements)".

    I have waited 2 minutesm and this has still not finished.

    I can send someone my PB.project file on request.

    If I delete the build/myapp.woa directory and reload in eclipse so I
    force eclipse to rebuild my app, the build goes just fine. Then the
    building taskes about 5 seconds.

    I'm using the incremental builder, eclipse 3.0 release, WOLips
    1.1.0.68, osx 10.3.4, WO5.2.3.
