I've had the same problem happen to me a couple of times in the last month.
I tried rebuilding, cleaning, deleting all of my build directories and I
could never get it to go away. Though there was once that I modified my
classpath inadvertently and the errors suddenly went away (and I got new
errors related to my classpath blunder), but when I fixed my classpath back
the way it was, the errors returned. I was never able to come up with a
solution except to rebuild the project from scratch from the exact same
source files, and then it was fine both times it happened to me (on
different projects, once on WinXP and once on Mac).
It was very strange, and often I could still build and run even with the
red error markers there, but other times it would complain. I never quite
figured it out.
Very strange that even Eclipse couldn't agree with itself whether the class
is in the classpath or not. Wish I had a better solution for you.
Fortunately for me, one project was small and easy to rebuild, and the
other happened just before beta 1 came out so I didn't mind rebuilding the
larger project for the new project structure in beta 1.
Good luck,

08/10/2004 04:23 Subject: Problem with import of java class
AM
Hi all,
I am test driving WOLips 1.1.0.77 beta 2 and I have encountered a
problem with my previous project.
It happens that one java class named AssetGroup.java, which is provided
by some custom EO framework can´t be imported anywhere else, not even
in the same project. So I am getting lots of error messages like this
one: "The import AssetGroup cannot be resolved".
Now, if I try to use Eclips´auto completion and type <import Ass>
hitting crtl and space will bring up a dialog where the class
AssetGroup is listed, but activating it with return still results in
the above error message.
Any tipps, anyone?
Thanks,
Stephan
