1) It looks like the Sourceforge CVS server is having problems:

cvs [update aborted]: unrecognized auth response from cvs.sourceforge.net: M
PserverBackend::PserverBackend() Connect (Connection refused)

is this a sourceforge or WOLips project problem?

2) On the Windows platform, the WOLips plugin is holding onto a reference in
the component files. What this means is that the component cannot be saved,
since WOBuilder deletes old files and recreates them. If you exit the
wobuilder, the component's .wod gets deleted. Quitting Eclipse frees up the
file lock, allowing me to save. Unlike OS X (and all modern OS's), Windows
only allows one process to work on a file at a time. (bug 110)
