Setting the port, doesn't work either. The last parameter is the port
number.
These are the parameters set in the eclipse launch:
-DNSDebugLevel=NSLog.DebugLevelDetailed -DNSDebugGroups=15:17
-DBASE_WO_CONFIG=config/uat/gaia_uat.properties
-Djava.security.auth.login.config=config/uat/Authentication.config
-DWORootDirectory="/usr/local/Apple"
-DWOLocalRootDirectory="/usr/local/Apple/Local"
-DWOUserDirectory="/home/frepond" -DWOEnvClassPath=""
-DWOApplicationClass=Application -DWOPlatform=UNIX -DWOPort=9999
