run WO with parameter

    Hello,
    i use Eclipse 2.1.3 with WOLips.

    when i start the WO Application, i know in run Arguments i can add some arguments or parameters.
    like -DNSDebugGroups=1:

    but these are for the VM right?

    i would like to add some parameters to the url which starts my Application from Eclipse
    like
    http://192.168.12.12:4559/cgi-bin/WebObjects/App.woa?name=Sako

    i thought i just add "name=Sako" in Program arguments.
    any can tell how to add the parameters to the url please?
