WODirectConnnectEnabled is set to true per default in the WOApplication
launch config. No need to set it manually. Is the app lanched as a "Java
Application" or as "WOApplication"?

According to the WO documentation it is set to true in development
environments. My linux installation is a deploy one (I don't know if a
development environment can be installed on linux). Thus in linux I must
set this parameter to true in the eclipse launch.
