How to import a component from another project?

    I'm still in Chapter 7 of Apple's Web Apps book. For the SessionState
    project, they tell you to create a new project, then delete the Main
    component and import the Main and UserEdit components, plus the User
    class, from a previous project.

    I didn't see any neat way to delete a component, but when I went
    through the package explorer view and manually deleted everything named
    Main.* it seemed to work. Then I used Import to pull in the files I
    needed from the old directory in the filesystem into the new one.

    This seems to have worked, so far anyway, but it's kind of clunky and
    manual. Is there a better way to do this that I'm overlooking?
