Eclips/Ant build.xml "class Application cannot be found"?

    OSX 10.3.5, Eclipse 3.0, WOLips 1.1.0.82

    I finally got Eclipse running on this "other" machine, and upon
    building/running a test project, I get the following error:

    BUILD FAILED: /path/to/build.xml:43 taskdef class Application cannot be
    found

    I'm sure it's simple, but nothing in the archives sheds any light on this.
