    recognizing that it's hard to figure what I'm talking about, here's
    screenshot:



    The interesting thing is that pressing "Navigate>>Open External
    Javadoc" doesn't open a new browser window but shows up inside Eclipse.
    Which is not *quite* the same as the 'hovers' you normally get but
    close enough.
