Randomly unable to delete files in Eclipse

    WOLips 1.1.0.89 & Eclipse 3.0.1 on Windows.

    Has anyone else come across a bug which prevents you from saving in the
    WOBuilder? Seemingly at random, the WOBuilder will pop up the following
    dialog when I attempt to save:

    Unable to create backup file for C:\xxx\xxx\xxx\ComponentName.wo: Error
    removing

    I've also run into this problem when attempting to rename a copied file.

    Quitting eclipse then saving/deleting is one way around this problem.

    Anyone else have this problem?
