    Actually, the .java refactoring is done by Eclipse/Subclipse, so this
    plugin isn't actually involved in that part. Basically, whatever might
    be funky with the Java file was probably funky before. At least I
    should say I don't explicitly DO anything with the Java file ... That's
    not to say that there isn't some weird interaction with extension
    points and refactoring that is causing a side-effect, I guess :)

    Oh yeah, by the way, at the moment I don't refactor the string
    references in the call to pageWithName or references inside of wod
    files, so you will still need to fix up those. I'm going to look into
    fixing these for a later version.
