When we start a a new project with WOLips we add a WOCompile task and
make other modifications (mostly unique to our build process) so that
we can build distributions from the command line. Now that there is a
nice WOLips library for classpath management it also seems like a good
idea to me to add a wocompile task to the default build.xml

    My 2 cents.
