    I have switched to Eclipse/WOlips just this week, works fine for me; I
    had this kind of pb with a Framework, it was just bad write access to
    the directory.
    you should check your dir /Library/WebObjects/Applications/ and
    /Library/WebObjects/Applications/TDBase.woa
