WOLips under windows, webobjects frameworks javadoc path is incorrect.

in WOLips under windows, the Webobjects frameworks have the path like
but the javadoc of it looks like

file:/Developer/Documentation/WebObjects/Reference/API/

the path is incorrect because webobjects path like "c:/apple/" is missing.
the correct path will be like this:

c:/apple/Developer/Documentation/WebObjects/Reference/API/

anybody has an idea where to modify this that its available for ALL projects? i.e. the current and new projects.
