Anecdotal evidence from another list (MaxMSP) that also relies on
Java seems to indicate:
1. Not everyone is affected.
2. Reinstalling Java 1.4.2 update 2 seesm to help in most cases.
The developers of MaxMSP are also recommending people don't install
10.3.9 until the dust settles.
